Uttarakhand: Video shows man spitting into tea, police case filed

A video has surfaced on social media showing a man in Uttarakhand’s Mussoorie spitting into a saucepan that was being used to brew tea. Local police have registered a case in the matter and are on the hunt for the man.
The incident took place on September 29, when Himanshu Bishnoi, a resident of Dehradun, visited Mussoorie. Around 6:30 am, he purchased a cup of tea from a roadside stall run by two brothers. While recording a video of the valley, Bishnoi noticed the man spitting into the saucepan being used to make the tea.

When Bishnoi confronted the tea sellers, they allegedly threatened him. Concerned by the situation, Bishnoi filed a police complaint, providing the video as evidence.
The police have identified the two brothers as Naushad Ali and Hasan Ali from Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh and have registered a case against them. Arvind Chaudhary, the local officer in charge, confirmed the authenticity of the video and said that an investigation is underway.
