Thank you very much for seeing it.
Popular metallic black.  Sony Walkman II WM-2 with good sound quality.  1981 model.
Although there is a feeling of use such as scratches and scratches for the item 38 years ago, the head is good and the bass to clear high range is reproduced.  Very good sound quality.
Replaced with a high quality belt and maintained, it works perfectly.
All defective and damaged parts due to aging have been replaced with good ones.  There is no abnormal noise due to missing gear because the defective gear, which is the weak point of WM-2, was also replaced.
Nostalgic SONY CHF cassette tapes, lightweight headphones of the 80's (external / new), and a copy of the instruction manual.
-Polish three pulleys (capstan, motor pulley) that pass along the belt.  Thoroughly removed rubber dirt that causes sound shaking.
・ Replace the belt with a new high quality belt, adjust the azimuth and adjust the tape speed with a test tape + measuring instrument.
-Replacement of damaged parts due to aging by selecting non-defective parts from stock parts on hand.
・ Head has been demagnetized.  The head, capstan shaft and pinch roller are each cleaned with a special cleaner.
・ Maintenance and cleaning of contacts and drive parts have been completed.  Remove old grease and apply new grease appropriate for the material.
-The motor injects an appropriate amount of spindle oil made by a sound maker.  Very quiet and smoothly rotating.
-The volume is coated with a contact revival agent, so there is no rattle.
-Operates on both dry batteries and AC power.
The exhibition is a main body, SONY CHF cassette tape, lightweight headphones (external goods / new article), and an instruction manual copy.
Used electronics 38 years ago.  The present condition The sound quality and condition are good, but those who are expected to perform as good as new products should withhold because of deterioration over time.
