Hello! Here are a couple of vintage or maybe antique cocktail forks marked BPOE 99 Los Angeles. The fork is also marked Gorham EP Pat.1912. The EP is for electroplate. The forks are silverplate and are tarnished. I'm sure that haven't been cleaned in a very long time. They are in good condition except for the tarnish.
