This Carlisle four-compartment omni-directional tray is a stackable, rectangular tray for food service applications. It is made of melamine resin for resistance to heat and chemicals and has four compartments, including an omni-directional flatware holder, for serving a a lunch as defined by the National school lunch Act. Carlisle manufactures food service equipment and supplies and sanitary maintenance tools and supplies for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities.
