    This is a New in an Open Box -
    LAMY Safari Fountain Pen Gift Set
    Looks like it was originally purchased in 2017 from the lamy.co.hk website.
    I have not opened the box with the ink cartridges in it, but assume that they are all black because that is the color on the outside of the cartridge box.
    I ran photos of the Chinese writing on the spec sheet through Google Translate to identify this as a Safari pen set.
