These Moto-Skiveez Adventure Shorts are yet another example of the staff of The Service Pavilion selling products that we personally use and love.  The owner of TSP discovered these shorts in 2016 and found that they solved a lot of the problems he was having.  He's used them for two full seasons of riding and racing, and can't imagine riding without them.  He has also started using the long pants and the compression socks from Moto-Skiveez and loves them as well!
The Adventure-style Moto-Skiveez work best for riding positions where the knee drops over the seat and below the hip joint.  Because this riding position puts additional weight and pressure in the area of the upper thighs/upper groin, these shorts have a pad in them that is optimized to reduce chafing in those areas.
The Adventure style shorts work well with dual sport and classic motorcycles, as well as many modern sport touring motorcycles.  These shorts are great for any riding style where you may experience discomfort in the inner thigh or main seating area.
The pad in the shorts is designed for the rider to move from a sitting to standing position, as well as to comfortably shift forward and rearward on the seat.  These shorts work great for long adventure-touring rides.
The pad is comprised of a base cloth, 3 types of foam and a silver ion infused covering (for a permanent antimicrobial, antibacterial treatment).  The main body of the pad is comprised of a 6mm memory foam, with 3mm-4mm perforated foam throughout the rest of the pad.  It features padding extensions positioned on the inner thigh of each leg.  These extended pads, combined with the ventilation openings, counteract friction and chafing commonly experienced during adventure rides.
